Rachel graduated from Glamorgan University UK in 2002 and has been practising in Cardiff until recently when she joined Central City Chiropractic. she has also been a registered nurse for 14 years.

Rachel uses manual adjusting techniques along with dry needling acupuncture, activator and soft tissue techniques. She treats a wide range of spinal and extremity conditions and has a special interest in pregnancy and the newborn.

Dr Christy Hayles
BSc (Chiro) B Chiro

Christy holds a Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic) and a Bachelor of Chiropractic from Murdoch University, WA.

Utilizing a number of Manual techniques and low force techniques, Christy aims to adopt evidence-based, best practice approaches to all her patients, of all ages. She treats a diverse range of joint and muscular conditions. She is also certified in Kinesio Taping and Graston soft tissue techniques.

With five years experience as a dance teacher, and as a dancer herself, she has a special interest in treating dance injuries and in rehabilitation.
