Central City Chiropractic Clinic only collects information from our patients that is necessary to properly diagnose and treat their condition, and to follow up on their recovery. Central City Chiropractic Clinic aims to ensure that any information we hold is accurate, complete, and up to date.

The health information Central City Chiropractic Clinic holds helps to provide our patients with the best possible health care, and is normally disclosed only to other health care practitioners - such as the patient's doctor - involved in their treatment (or where disclosure is required by law). If Central City Chiropractic Clinic needs to disclose information about a patient to people other than those associated with their treatment, we will seek the patient's permission first.

Central City Chiropractic Clinic has systems in place to protect the security of your health records. Your personal information will be kept secure at all times and is protected from misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
